How much do you know about the process and precautions for replacing saw blades? Today, let's share it with everyone! The saw blade must be handled with care and should not collide with external objects to avoid damage to the blade or deformation of the body. Confirm the wear status of the wire brush, and replace it in a timely manner if it is excessively worn.
Clean the equipment spindle, wire brush, clamping block, flange and protective cover corners to ensure there are no foreign objects. Before installing the saw blade, it is necessary to confirm that there is no wear or collision on the inner and outer flanges of the equipment, and ensure their flatness.
After cleaning, the saw blade is installed on the equipment spindle with the letters facing outward. After the protective cover is closed and locked, the saw blade can be easily rotated by 1/4 turn.
Open the protective cover and install the flange. Before tightening the screws, tighten the saw blade counterclockwise to eliminate the gap between the positioning hole and the positioning pin. Then tighten the protective cover and close it.
After confirming the nut locking, start the machine in manual mode and let the saw blade idle for about 1 minute. At the same time, turn on the fuel injection switch and stop the machine to confirm whether the oil output is sufficient. Check whether there are scratches and heating on the surface of the saw blade. Normal production can only proceed after there are no abnormalities.
