Common faults and solutions of circular saw machines

Introduction:

More and more customers are using our Yousaw equipment, and they may encounter non-technical problems and malfunctions during the production process. Users can make reasonable adjustments based on their own situation to quickly solve them, save time and costs, and improve production efficiency. We have listed some common problems and solutions for Yousaw.

Question 1

The metal circular saw machine does not rotate when started, and there is a buzzing sound.

Cause of malfunction, power phase loss, emergency shutdown for inspection.

Question 2

The circular saw machine motor can only operate in single phase.

The cause of the malfunction is that the pole change switch is broken, and one of the six wires leading out of the motor is damaged.

Question 3

The cooling liquid of the circular saw machine cannot be sprayed out

Reason: Insufficient coolant in the water tank; The cooling pump motor is not connected, the cooling pump motor is damaged, and the valve on the water pipe is not closed.

Question 4

There is a strange sound when the circular saw machine is cutting.

The reason is that the teeth are not sharp or broken, the workpiece is not clamped, and iron chips are attached to the teeth. The machine should be stopped immediately for inspection.

Question 5

Saw blade damage or broken teeth.

The reason is that the blade cover is not locked tightly, the saw blade is not fully pulled counterclockwise and backward before locking, and the saw blade is not tightly attached to the blade cover lock. This causes pulling during cutting, and the saw blade is too dull. Excessive cutting load can cause tearing of the saw blade or rotation of the workpiece during cutting. Be sure to regrind before use. The tooth shape of the saw blade is incorrect, the number of teeth on the saw blade is improper, the feed is too large, there is too much biting and overload, and the workpiece is too sharp or thin when starting to cut; The saw blade speed is too fast or the material is too hard.

Question 6

Abnormal wear and cutting of saw blades.

The reason is that bending of raw materials, tooth marks, or excessive burrs can cause saw blade tooth breakage.

There is an issue with the clamp pressure. The belt is severely worn, which can cause the saw blade to be hit.
Solution:
The bent or raised scars on each material head should be polished flat, and if there are burrs on the material head, the material head needs to be extended
Question 7

The actual length of the material head is less than the set length

Solution:

Release the main folder of the activity and increase the pressure (press once to release). Check which side of the solenoid valve lights up, and then turn counterclockwise on the side that lights up

Question 8

Frequent occurrence of clamp shaft overload alarm and no-load alarm during cutting
The reason is that bending the material can cause an alarm (the equipment has set a value for the material bending degree, which will cause an alarm if it exceeds the range) or the accumulation and squeezing of iron filings during cutting. It is estimated that there is dirt inside the screw, which is not completely sealed and needs to be cleaned every day.

Solution:

Before sawing, check the materials and equipment. If any bending or other issues are found, they should be corrected first. At the same time, check the iron filings inside the equipment and clean them in a timely manner.

Question 9

Cutting oil cannot spray out
The reason is that the fuel injection pipe is blocked or there is too much condensation, resulting in insufficient pressure.
Solution:
If it is a blockage, it should be cleaned up in a timely manner. If there is too much cold water, a new oil valve needs to be replaced.
