Edge Finding and Chamfering Device
This device is designed for chamfering anchor tools. Traditional chamfering devices center on the circular axis, which can result in uneven chamfers and unappealing appearances when dealing with elliptical anchors. The edge finding and chamfering device, however, uses the outer wall of the anchor as a reference. It rotates the anchor while rapidly spinning the cutting tool to perform edge finding and chamfering. This method ensures uniform chamfer sizes and a visually pleasing appearance. Integrated with our circular saw machine, it forms a high-automation production line, eliminating the need for intermediate material collection and manual loading/unloading processes. This significantly reduces labor costs and minimizes equipment footprint.
